Freedom Foundation lawsuit against Inslee argues masks are forced speech

Shella Sadovnik of the Freedom Foundation joined the Todd Herman Show to discuss their new lawsuit challenging Jay Inslee’s diktat that orders businesses to force customers to wear masks.
In the face of a series of robust studies showing masks do not inhibit the flow of the virus, Shella has an interesting legal theory: Masks are forced speech. Todd Herman, a severe critic of the woke masks, loves the legal theory and has offered to help the Freedom Foundation raise money to continue the fight.
