Are you addicted to your cell phone? Are you spending even more time on it during the pandemic?

We raised the question on the Gee and Ursula Show on Thursday because Gee is constantly on his phone, day and night, even when he’s on vacation. We’re trying to convince Gee to disconnect and spend less time on social media to help reduce his stress and anxiety level.

He didn’t listen to our advice during his camping trip last weekend. Now, our producer, “Chef,” and I are thinking of an intervention. But the first step with any addiction is to realize and admit you have a problem.

Gee and I took a test to see if our cell phone use puts us in the category of “needing professional counseling.” You can hear how that went here:

Listen to the Gee and Ursula Show weekday mornings from 9 a.m. – 12 p.m. on KIRO Radio, 97.3 FM. Subscribe to the podcast here.
