Trump’s executive orders on coronavirus relief, explained

As negotiations in Congress over the next coronavirus relief package were stalled, President Trump instead issued a series of sweeping executive orders. How effective are they? KIRO Radio’s Dave Ross walks us through what to expect, and the legal challenges that may lie ahead.
