After slight decline of cases in Washington, Inslee changes some restrictions

KIRO Radio’s Dave Ross and reporter Aaron Granillo recap Governor Inslee’s reopening of bowling alleys and U-Pick farms, as well as a glimmer of hope: COVID cases are trending just slightly downwards again in Washington state.
