It’s one thing when a dog gets loose and takes off into traffic, but a horse will really turn heads.

That’s exactly what happened in Marysville Sunday morning. Police say Jag the horse took a trot up Smokey Point Boulevard around 8:30 a.m.

Police were able to corral the animal in Arlington, with the help of the Arlington Police Department. Word got out and Jag’s owners have been reunited with the adventurous horse.

The owners told police they were remodeling Jag’s stall and he escaped from their home in Marysville.
