Seattle Seahawks quarterback Russell Wilson proposed to his girlfriend, Ciara, on Friday, according to Wilson’s Instagram.
Ciara quickly responded to the Instagram post with a tweet.
“God is Good!” she tweeted. “Grateful For You @dangerusswilson. You Are Heaven Sent. I’m Looking Forward To Spending Forever With You.”

The Seahawks soon tweeted out a congratulations to their quarterback.
