Elderwise...

Elderwise has been named Bonneville Seattle’s charity of the month for February 2021. Elderwise is an adult day program that uses group discussions and artistic activities support people with memory loss. Their activities provide participants ways to engage and connect with the wider community and supports both the participant and their care givers.

The program focuses on the participant and serving them with respect. Elderwise creates space for adults to age well and focuses on the participant as a whole, not just as someone with memory loss.

Throughout the pandemic, Elderwise has found ways to transfer their programs to virtual platforms, and still offer their engaging, supportive activities in an online capacity.
