Boxes and boxes of Girl Scout cookies were ruined when vandals hit a Monroe family’s garage on Sunday.
Girl Scout “cookie mom” Dee Brown tells KING 5 $2,500 in cookies were destroyed. The boxes were covered in paint and oil.
The Girl Scouts organization has agreed to replace the cookies.
But the cookies weren’t the only things destroyed. Jeff Brown says tools and some of his kid’s toys were also damaged.
Authorities are reportedly searching for three suspects that they believe may be teenagers. Anyone with knowledge of the crime is asked to contact police.
