UPDATE: All ramps have reopened on Edgar Martinez at I-90 in #Seattle. The right lane of eastbound I-90 at 4th Ave S is still blocked. Make sure to use caution in the area. pic.twitter.com/AeaZZ0ssN6

Around 12:10 p.m. Washington State Department of Transportation (WSDOT) tweeted about a semi-truck collision blocking the off-ramp on Interstate 90 near Edgar Martinez Drive.

We’ve got a semi-truck collision on Edgar Martinez Drive S/at the end of the westbound I-90 off-ramp to Edgar Martinez.
