In a story published August 29, 2023, about a lease of federal offshore waters for wind power development in the Gulf of Mexico, The Associated Press erroneously attributed a quote from the Business Network for Offshore Wind. The quote should have been attributed to the organization’s president and CEO, Liz Burdock.
