Gun rights and Obama’s last three weeks

As the Obama administration itself is winding down, but Obama himself is winding up.

I’ve predicted this would happen for a long time. I was happy with the rhetoric he used at the beginning of the Trump transition. But now the full Obama is becoming clearer.

The Obama administration is issuing a final version of a rule from the Social Security Administration that is pointed at people who get supplemental income from Social Security. This rule will cause “tens of thousands of law-abiding (and vulnerable) disability insurance and Supplemental Security Income (SSI) recipients to a loss of Second Amendment rights under the guise of re-characterizing them as ‘mental defectives.’”

And now in the same time frame, Obama has created some new friends with a series of pardons. He’s been extremely active with pardons. The new pardons include some of the following offenses: multiple counts of knowingly disposing a firearm to a felon, falsification of firearm background check forms, use of a firearm in relation to a drug trafficking offense, unlawfully transporting firearms, possession of a stolen firearm, felon in possession of a firearm, and involuntary manslaughter.

So for people who have not committed gun crimes, or any crimes at all, Obama is taking away their gun rights. But, on the other hand, he is telling felons who committed gun crimes that they are free to go.

You get a good idea about a person by looking at their friends and their enemies.

What part about all this is liberal, liberty minded? Is this really representing American values?

As always, please listen to the full audio clip for complete context.
