According to city documents, the bungalows, which date back to the early 1900s, will be demolished and replaced with an eight-story, 91-unit apartment building.

Initially reported in The Seattle Times, the Landmarks Preservation Board denied giving the building landmark status.

The bungalows, according to the Times, will be demolished in 2018.

PLUS Investments based out of Bellevue is the project’s developer.
