One Thousand people? “Hundreds?”

Kudos to Channel 4 KOMO for covering the March for Life marking the 40th anniversary of Roe vs. Wade, but I couldn’t help but wonder if they didn’t get one important detail wrong.
They report that the crowd was larger than ever, but then describe it as “hundreds” or “a thousand” people strong. Yet, both the steps of the Capitol and the steps of the Supreme Court building were jammed with people.
Check out the video of the report here. Watch carefully at :51 in and tell me if that’s just one thousand people. Also, if anybody out there has a link to other reports of gatherings at the capitol, I’d like to see comparison crowds, so put the link in the comment section.
