ANAHEIM, Calif. – Windermere Solutions LLC (WSLLC), a technology company spun out from Seattle-based Windermere Real Estate, today announced new web tools for agents at the National Association of Realtors’ (NAR) annual convention.
The primary offering, Agent Websites, “give agents a classy online presence and the tools they need to connect with buyers and sellers in a high-tech environment, helping to deliver a valuable experience to their clients,” said OB Jacobi, president of Windermere Real Estate Company.
According to John Jones, chief executive officer of Windermere Solutions, the product has been well received. In the past three weeks, more than 2,500 Windermere agents have setup the new websites, Jones said.
“Our primary client is Windermere Real Estate, which has 7,000 agents and 300 offices in 10 states,” Jones said. “But our mission is to develop and deliver technology products to the entire real estate vertical, not just one company, and we have initiated an aggressive sales strategy to do that.”
Windermere Solutions expects to launch several additional products in 2012, including an innovative agent tool designed specifically for mobile devices.
NAR, the nation’s largest trade association, expects 30,000 members for its four-day conference in the Anaheim Convention Center.
