Want to start to build up some daily habits that can help you live longer? Well, new data from the Veterans Affairs Million Veteran Program shows that just these eight healthy habits can help you live a longer life.

“It seems pretty elementary if you ask me, it’s all the things that we should be doing,” Gamez said. “Researchers found that if men and women do these eight healthy lifestyle habits before they reach 40, they can live a lot longer.”
