Maria DeMayoga bought her home for $25,500 in 2000 and her loans are paid off. Her partner Tam Do, had a stroke and lost his job in 2013. Her daughter and grandchildren live with her, too. She says they can't afford to pay rent in an apartment. "I don't know what to do."

Lynn Leonard is proud of her kitchen. Her neighbor Barb says Lynn's home is "mobile home living at its finest." Lynn planned to leave her home to her granddaughter.
