Rantz: Durkan, Constantine, and Inslee enabled dismemberment, assault

Durkan Constantine Inslee immigration, lawsuit against 976. counties, King County...

Thanks to our region’s sanctuary policies, illegal immigrants that already previously served jail time, were allowed to commit a host of unthinkable acts, including a grisly dismemberment. They could have been handled by ICE, but thanks to our sanctuary policies, ICE requests were ignored.

Jay, Bob, Jenny, Dow all responsible for assault of rape survivor

When you purposefully make it easier for criminals to commit crimes, you’re an enabler and you hold some responsibility. Seattle Mayor Jenny Durkan, King County Executive Dow Constanine, and Governor Jay Inslee are part of the reason these criminal acts happened.

The most recent case, according to FOX News, was rapist Francisco Carranza-Ramirez. He was in this country illegally. A judge let him go, under the promise that he would fly to Mexico on his own accord. He eventually did that — but only after assaulting his White Center rape victim — a wheelchair-dependent woman.

ICE released a list of seven cases involving criminals they requested detainers for local enforcement. They wanted to know when these criminals were set for release. Those requests were ignored.

FOX News reporter Dan Springer broke down some of the other cases:

According to ICE, Rosalio Ramos-Ramos was arrested last January for murder and dismembering his victim. It happened just months after Ramos was released from a Washington jail despite ICE’s request for an immigration detainer and notification of his pending release, neither of which were honored.

ICE also cites the case of Mexican national Martin Gallo-Gallardo, who was in a Clackamas County Oregon jail. The statement said jail officials ignored ICE’s request for an immigration detainer and notification of release. Gallardo was released and within months was re-arrested, this time for allegedly murdering his wife.

In order to pander to woke Progressives, Democratic lawmakers routinely crow about their support for illegal immigrants.

“We will not be complicit in the Trump administration’s depraved efforts to break up hard-working immigrant and refugee families,” Inslee announced when he signed into law our sanctuary state bill.

Oh, he’s such a hero.

In a joint statement over the weekend, along with Rep. Pramila Jayapal (D-Seattle), Durkan and Constantine condemned the postponed “immoral” ICE raids, even though they were targeting illegal immigrants who aren’t showing up to court dates, or who have already been ordered with deportation.

“Our neighbors who hail from other parts of the world make our communities stronger and more vibrant,” they said.

The statement is condescending and racist. They make no effort to differentiate the 99 percent of illegal immigrants who don’t break additional laws, with the 1 percent of criminals. They treat a hard-working illegal immigrant who contributes to the community (the same way all of us contribute to the community, regardless of citizenship that politicians point out to pander) with rapist Carranza-Ramirez.

Do these politicians literally think Carranza-Ramirez makes our communities stronger and more vibrant? When it comes to defending their sanctuary policies — after they’re exploited by criminals undeserving of any protection — they’re all silent. They’re cowards, willing to sacrifice innocent life to virtue signal how much they care about illegal immigrants.

Twice-deported illegal immigrant attempts to kidnap Burien girl

Surely, you can say the vast majority of illegal immigrants are worth our support, while also saying we should go after criminals, right? Normal people can. Woke Progressives can’t; they’re unwilling to do that under this ridiculous notion that if you criticize one, you criticize all.

Hey, Progressives, look how easy it is: We should do what we can to protect the vast majority of people who committed no other crime but coming here illegally, to pursue a better life. We should also do our best to prosecute and deport the small amount of people here illegally who aim to exploit our generosity by breaking laws.

Murderers? Rapists? You’re not welcome here. Committed to bettering yourselves, your families, and your communities? We’ll foster that!

This is apparently too hard for Durkan, Constantine, and Inslee. And as a result, innocent people are murdered, assaulted, dismembered, or raped. Quite a vibrant community you’re fostering, Progressives.
