What to expect while the Fairview Avenue Bridge is closed

Starting early Monday morning, changes come to two Seattle neighborhoods with the closure of the Fairview Avenue North Bridge.
This is the last wooden bridge over a major roadway in the city of Seattle. While it’s safe to use, it doesn’t meet current seismic standards.
