Protesters march through downtown Seattle

Demonstrators marched through downtown Seattle on Friday night to protest the death of George Floyd in police custody.
Peaceful protests planned in Seattle for George Floyd
Protesters chanted “Black Lives Matter” and “George Floyd” as they move from the International District toward 5th Avenue. Police used pepper spray disperse crowds.
There were reports of damage to windows at an Amazon Go store, according to The Seattle Times.
The Seattle Fire Department warned downtown business owners to secure their properties.
In response to protests, the Seattle Fire Department is advising all downtown area business owners to immediately secure all open areas like outdoor seating areas, garages, dumpsters, and recycling bins as much as possible and to remove all combustibles that cannot be secured.
