Two people are dead and two more are wounded, one critically, after a shooting and stabbing at an apartment complex in downtown Bellevue on Saturday night.

The Bellevue Police Department and Fire Department initially reported multiple people had been stabbed or shot in downtown Bellevue on Saturday. Bellevue Police tweeted that they were responding to a report of “multiple individuals shot/stabbed” at 958 111th Ave Northeast.

Everyone involved in the incident has been accounted for, including the suspect, and police said there is no danger to the public.

The violence apparently took place at about 7:30 p.m. at a housewarming party at the Elements Apartments, a three-building complex downtown, authorities said.

KIRO Radio’s Nicole Jennings reported that the crime scene is on the third floor of the Elements Apartments.

The Associated Press contributed to this report.
