Police are investigating after two men in theirs 20s were killed early Sunday in Tacoma.

The double homicide happened around 4:15 a.m. in the 7600 block of South Tacoma Way, the Tacoma Police Department said.

When officers arrived at the scene, they attempted lifesaving measures, but it was too late, and the men were pronounced dead at the scene.

KIRO 7 found out that there were at least 24 shots fired in 8 seconds and 22 hit a wall.

Investigators put forensic stickers on the wall to mark each bullet hole.

“What I would tell residents in the area is if you see things going on, make sure you report them. If you have cameras on your house, make sure you let us know if you saw anything. We’d love to have that evidence,” said officer Shelbie Boyd.

No suspects were taken into custody, and the deaths are being investigated as homicides.
