T-Mobile Park, Lumen Field require masks to be worn indoors

Fans at upcoming Mariners and Seahawks games will be required to wear masks in all indoor areas of T-Mobile Park and Lumen Field.

As the Mariners explain, this policy matches the latest order from the state, created in response to the recent surge of COVID-19 cases in Washington.
What you need to know about the state’s new mask mandate
Guests ages 5 and older attending Seattle Mariners games and other events at T-Mobile Park are required to comply with the mask order in all indoor areas of the ballpark. The order takes effect on Monday, Aug. 23. The first Mariners home game after that date is Thursday, Aug. 26.
The public areas where the mask mandate will be enforced include in team stores, bathrooms, indoor clubs and restaurants, and indoor concourse areas, like the Terrace Club and Suite Level.
When fans are seated in their ticketed seats, in private suites, or actively eating or drinking, masks are not required.
While it’s not required, the Mariners encourage all fans age 5 and up to wear a mask, regardless of vaccination status, in all areas of the ballpark to help limit the spread of COVID-19.
All employees of T-Mobile Park will be required to wear masks in all public areas of the ballpark, whether indoors or outdoors, regardless of vaccination status.
Lumen Field
To follow the state’s update mask mandate in effect as of Aug. 23, future Seahawks games will also require all fans to wear masks in indoor areas of the stadium, regardless of vaccination status.

At this time, guests are not required to show proof of COVID-19 vaccination to attend games at Lumen Field.
