Two injured in overnight Belltown shooting, suspect flees on foot

Seattle police are investigating after two victims were injured in a shooting in the city’s Belltown neighborhood overnight.
Witnesses in the area near Third Avenue and Cedar Street reported hearing sounds of gunfire around midnight. Police say a suspect fled from the scene on foot, while the two men who were shot were transported to Harborview Medical Center.
According to SPD, the injured men were “involved in an altercation with another man,” who then left the area, before returning with two other people armed with guns. The suspects fled the scene and remain at large.
