Seattle City Attorney Ann Davison announced a new High Utilizer Initiative this week that aims to identify individuals responsible for repeat criminal activity across the city.

“That’s so Seattle,” KTTH host Bryan Suits said.

“Instead of saying career criminal — and while I applaud what she’s doing, it will make Seattle less of a [mess] —  but calling them ‘high utilization individuals?'”

“The criminal justice system is not like public transportation, it’s not light rail. You don’t utilize — you don’t get an ORCA pass. ‘I’ve got only eight felonies left on my ORCA pass. We better roll that all into one 4K TV at Costco today,'” he joked.

Suits: Seattle mayor has ‘amazing dodge’ to question about encampments

“This guy is exhibit A why we have prisons,” Suits said, referencing nine-time felon Jeremy Dayton, who shot two Pierce County Sheriff’s deputies earlier this week in Spanaway.

Besides a 2017 attack on his wife and a recent bar assault, Jeremy Dayton has been imprisoned for selling cocaine and robbery, among other convictions. His first conviction came at age 14.
