Russell Wilson puts $28 million Bellevue mansion up for sale

After being traded to the Denver Broncos in early March, former Seahawks quarterback Russell Wilson has now put his multi-million dollar Bellevue home up for sale.
The house features six bedrooms, six bathrooms, five fireplaces, two separate beaches, a detached treehouse, a basketball court, a home movie theater, a yoga studio, a recording studio, a dock with space for a yacht, and a walk-in closet bigger than most apartments.
It was listed Tuesday on both Redfin and Zillow for $28 million, with the option of paying an additional $8 million for an adjoining property next door. Sale records indicate that Wilson bought the 11,000-square-foot mansion for “just” $6.7 million in August of 2015.
The home’s listing on Zillow describes it as “a signature waterfront estate offering elevated living, exquisite design and exceptional views.”
“Bask in bluff-top privacy and beachside fun,” it continues.
As of Tuesday morning, the listing on Redfin had already been viewed nearly 19,000 times, in addition to another 4,300 views on Zillow. No tours have been scheduled as of yet, but Redfin appears to indicate that there are available time slots throughout the week for any interested buyers.
