Man accused of threatening women and exposing himself in Uptown

Seattle police are looking for a man suspected of attacking or exposing himself to at least half-a-dozen women in the Uptown Neighborhood in the last week.
Seattle police received multiple reports between July 18th and 24th of the suspect exposing himself and making threatening statements to women. A victim’s service dog was even injured.
All of the incidents happened between 9:30 am and 11:15 pm.

Several were not reported to police until days later, when the victims saw similar reports on social media.
Victims have described the suspect as a black male, approximately 25 years old, 5’9, with short black hair, sometimes seen wearing a black shirt, tan cargo pants, and carrying two white plastic bags and a red backpack.
Sexual Assault Unit detectives are investigating and seeking information about unreported cases or leads on the suspect’s identity.
