“Bear Spray Bandit” arrested 

On July 23, a King County Sheriff’s Deputies recognized the “Bear Spray Bandit” walking by.

He was taken into custody without incident, and after giving a verbal confession to a deputy for one of the robberies, he was booked into King County Jail.

The suspect was carrying two canisters of bear spray when he was arrested.

Burglary in Pierce County leads investigators to ask public for help

Pierce County Investigators need your help to identify the suspects responsible for a burglary.

On July 28, 2022, at 2:38 a.m., the pictured suspects broke into the lobby of an apartment building in the 3600 block of Bridgeport Way W.

The suspects grabbed several packages that had been delivered to tenants, took them to another area, removed the contents, and left.

The suspects are white males in their late 30s to early 40s. One is bald; the other has short red hair and a red beard.

Man and woman prowl vehicles at Yorke Park 

Bonney Lake Police say July 15, 2022, a man and woman prowled vehicles at Yorke Park.

Bonney Lake Police have identified the male suspect but are looking for tips to figure out who the woman is.

Police say they were associated with a silver Kia Spectra. If you recognize the female suspect or have information about the case, call the BLPD Tip Line at 253-447-3231 or email detective@cobl.us.

The case has been forwarded to the prosecutor’s office for charges.

Granite Falls thief at large 

Can Granite Falls Police identify this individual who broke into a local business at the end of June?

The suspect used a board to break into the business.

The suspect seems to have a distinctive limp.
