Exclusive video captures the alleged stalking of U.S. Representative Pramila Jayapal at the hands of a King County man, Brett Forsell, who has since been charged with a felony over his harassment of the representative.

The King County Prosecutor’s Office filed felony stalking charges against Forsell after his arrest in July. Jayapal’s stalker had allegedly visited the congresswoman’s house on multiple occasions previously, yelling politically-charged sentiments in the direction of her home before speeding away, according to police records.

A King County judge has set Forsell’s bail to $150,000, and the man has a pre-trial hearing scheduled for Oct. 4, according to the prosecutor’s office.
