The King County Prosecutor’s Office filed felony stalking charges against Forsell after his arrest in July. Jayapal’s stalker had allegedly visited the congresswoman’s house on multiple occasions previously, yelling politically-charged sentiments in the direction of her home before speeding away, according to police records.
A King County judge has set Forsell’s bail to $150,000, and the man has a pre-trial hearing scheduled for Oct. 4, according to the prosecutor’s office.
