Katie Daviscourt from RebelNews.com revealed on this morning’s Bryan Suits Show that Seattle City Councilmember Kshama Sawant did not activate her camera as she attended a recent council meeting via Zoom.
The 3rd District representative did not interact nor even show the slightest sign of interest, according to Daviscourt. Constituents from her own 3rd District testified that yet another city-approved homeless camp would represent an undue burden. The speakers from the Chinatown International District expressed ongoing frustrations about petty crime, nuisance, and violence that accompany Seattle’s attempts at providing services to centralized homeless persons.

Pointing to a nearly 350% increase in Asian-targeted crimes, the residents and business owners expected that their own representatives would have shown interest. The public commentary meeting was attended by only two councilmembers in person, the rest were remote.
