Semi-truck rolled over on I-5 cleared; Spokane Street exit re-open

Washington State Department of Transportation (WSDOT) reports a semi-truck rollover is cleared and the Spokane Street exit off Interstate 5 is moving again.
✅FINAL UPDATE | CLEAR!
The semi rollover collision blocking both the northbound I-5 off-ramps to Spokane Street & the West #Seattle Bridge has cleared. Both ramps are now open!
