The latest earthquakes recorded in the Pacific Northwest

Residents of Southwest Washington got a bit of a jolt Wednesday morning.

The Pacific Northwest Seismic Network reports a magnitude-3.8 earthquake shook near the Oregon coast, just west of Astoria.

As of 8:30 a.m., people in Ilwaco, Long Beach, Naselle, Ocean Park, Cathlamet, and Longview had reported feeling the quake.
