Since the Democrats want the federal government to control every aspect of our lives, from healthcare to what kind of light bulbs we use, have you ever wondered why we still have all 50 states.

What is the purpose of having 50 states in America?

Could California, Oregon and Washington really secede from the US?

One purpose is that they are microcosmic experiments. It allows the United States to be the home of innovation.

Now, some Democrats are saying states are a relic of the past and that we need to get rid of them. It seems interesting that this is coming out of the win of Donald Trump.

One writer says that our states no longer have their own cultural identities. Really? Is Texas the same as Maine? California the same as Idaho?

Do you see how this idea fits so neatly into Democrat 2.0? How cool would it be if they didn’t have to deal with all these independent state governments making up their own ways of rule? Why not let the Democrats pick all the leaders nationally?

Because we don’t want a handful of people deciding everything for all of us!

Of course we need to keep and encourage the differing opinions from our 50 states.

As always, please listen to the full audio clip for complete context.
