A bikini in the snow, dangerous road conditions, helpful snow reports from neighborhoods around Western Washington – those status updates and more from Facebook and Twitter today.

Even people who are down on social media, might have fun following Seattle-area snow updates on Twitter with #WaSnow and through Facebook.

Here are a few pictures posted on both sites that made me smile:

Guppy

Nancy Guppy (yes, that funny lady from Almost Live, now with Seattle Channel’s Art Zone) basks in the snow.

NB5

Patty Carrion Moras tweeted mid-morning, “I-5 NB is not that clean.”

SoundTransit

Sound Transit’s Rob Jolly keeping the sidewalks clear for riders.

Snowman

Kera Wanielista in Bellingham, “This snowman was way bigger than me.”

Bartells

Sophia Agtarap tweeted the above pic. Bartell’s is ready for you.

Robert

Robert Cvancara near Maple Falls, WA says he’s “got the stove blazing, and just set a new low temp record of 9 degrees.”

Gnomes

Michael in Maple Valley has some chilly little garden gnomes.

SpaceNeedle

And this photo shopped image has been going around Facebook.

Enjoy the weather, if you can. Be safe!
