Two teenagers, who are suspected of burglarizing an Auburn gas station after the clerk had a heart attack, have been arrested.

Commander Jamie Douglas of Auburn Police says a 13-year-old was located at a Tacoma residence at 2 p.m. Thursday. Following the teen’s arrest, investigators were able to connect with the second juvenile — a 17-year-old.

Detectives were able to convince the older teen to surrender in Federal Way around 7 p.m.

They both face burglary charges, but they also had several previous warrants.

Both teens are being held at the King County Juvenile Detention Center. They could appear in front of a judge as soon as Monday.
