A brush fire closed two right lanes of northbound I-5 near Albro Place as the flames climbed the hillside along the freeway Monday morning.
The fire was located near the north end of Boeing Field and caused a three mile backup around 7 a.m. The Washington State Department of Transportation reports that the fire is under control.
Traffic slowed during the closure, but KIRO Radio traffic reporter Kimi Kline said that all lanes are now moving as if it never happened.
