The search is on for a suspect who rammed a King County sheriff’s patrol car on Vashon Island and fled as a deputy fired shots at him.
The sheriff’s department reported via Twitter the man rammed into the patrol car around 8:30 p.m. Saturday, and said the deputy fired several rounds.
The department is asking anyone who sees a a 1976 red Ford pickup with no tailgate or rear license plate to call 911. The truck possibly has rear end damage.
“Don’t approach it,” a follow-up tweet warned.
