Up until Friday, Seattle’s new NHL team had exclusively sold its debut run of t-shirts, hats, and more online. The Kraken even out-sold the Las Vegas Golden Knights’ own team branding reveal by over 50% in the 24 hours after the team unveiled its name in late July.
The Kraken’s in-person store will be opened Tuesday through Sunday between 10 a.m. and 6 p.m. On opening weekend, the store will close at 7 p.m.
Because of restrictions brought on by the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic, the store will operate exclusively by appointment, with a limit of two per party. The team’s time slots for Friday, Saturday, and Sunday are already sold out, with the next available appointments beginning on Tuesday, August 25. Fans can book an appointment as far out as Sunday, September 6, but the team also intends to add more dates in the future.
You can book an appointment on the store’s website here.

Customers will be required to wear face coverings, and are urged to maintain six feet of distance from others while inside. The store also has touchless temperature checking stations, and sprays electrostatic disinfectant over all touchable surfaces every night.
The team plans to have local food trucks onsite every day.
