All lanes of NB I-5 reopened in Everett after wrong way driver collision

All lanes of Northbound I-5 in Everett, near 41st Street, are back open after a collision had blocked the four right lanes Tuesday morning.
The driver that caused the collision was traveling the wrong way and struck another vehicle head on, said Washington State Patrol Trooper Rocky Oliphant on Twitter. There were serious injuries sustained by the causing driver, and minor injuries on the victim.
