Deputies searching for driver involved in fatal North Bend accident

Authorities are hoping someone will come forward to help find the driver involved in a fatal hit and run accident in North Bend on New Year’s Day.
A woman in her 50’s was hit and killed about 3 a.m.
The truck believed to be involved in the incident was located on Wednesday. Authorities determined the type of vehicle they were looking for from debris found at the scene.
“At this time, there are no witnesses but there was quite a bit of debris left at the scene,” said King County Sergeant Cindi West.
West tweeted a picture of the suspect’s vehicle on Wednesday.
West said she’s hoping the driver will come forward.
