Naked Green Lake swimmer still a John Doe

Sep 6, 2012, 5:54 AM | Updated: 7:52 am

Seattle Police still aren’t sure who they have in custody after ending a naked man’s run and swim around Green Lake on Tuesday.

Is he Travis Cunningham, Tyler Cunningham, or someone else? The 32-year-old man has given police several names. Right now he’s listed as a John Doe.

Officers are hoping they can confirm his ID with fingerprints.

The Seattlepi.com reports the man waived his first court appearance on Wednesday, but he should be in a King County court Thursday afternoon for a bail hearing.

Court documents say he hit officers with rocks and sticks and even slapped one of them during the chase.

It was also revealed that the teenage girl he tackled at the beginning of the incident has severe autism.

The man is currently undergoing a mental evaluation.
