Seattle police are looking for two suspects in a shooting at a Seattle car wash last month that left a man partially blind.

At around 1:20 a.m. on April 25, a man was seated in his car at the Brown Bear Car Wash at Northeast 145th Street and 15th Avenue Northeast.

According to a video of the incident, the man was parked in a self-wash stall when two men approached the car and opened the car door.

As the men attempted to carjack the man at gunpoint, the man resisted for a minute and the men eventually ran off.

As the men retreated, they fired their handguns at the man, striking the windshield of the car and the man in the face.

The man drove himself to the UW Medical Center, where he was sedated and transported to Harborview Medical Center.

The man survived. However, the shooting blinded him in one eye.

The man described the men as possibly East African, based on their accents.

Both men wore masks and hoodies, and the only other description the man could provide was that they were under the age of 30.

If you have information about these men or this incident, call the Violent Crimes Tip Line at 206-233-5000.
