Man pulls a gun at a Kingston casino

A Bremerton man has been arrested for pulling a gun on a card dealer at The Point Casino after security cut off the man’s alcohol consumption.

The 24-year-old was drinking heavily according to casino staff and had slumped over at the card table. In response, to being cut off he pulled out a handgun and pointed it at a dealer.

He was detained by security until police could arrive.

The man was prohibited from possessing firearms after a domestic violence charge in 2015 prosecutors say.

When asked about the incident, the man denied he pointed the gun at anyone. When shown the video, the man “stopped talking and put his head down,” the deputy wrote.

A breathalyzer test was done by the deputies when they arrive finding that his blood alcohol content was 0.332. For context, most people start to lose consciousness at 0.3 BAC and around .45 BAC alcohol poisoning often leads to death.

The man was booked into jail Saturday, charged with the unlawful possession of a firearm and second-degree assault.

SeaTac man charged with assaults’ after pulling a gun on young girls

A man has been charged with second degree assault and the unlawful possession of a firearm after allegedly chasing two little girls with a gun.

According to the police report, Xavier Irons, a 31-year-old man, chased two girls, 11 and 14-years-old with a handgun after they knocked on his apartment window.

Irons came out of his apartment, armed, and the girls say he pointed the weapon at him yelling “don’t do that [expletive]” and “you’re lucky this time” while chasing them. They also say that he pointed the gun at them.

After reporting the incident to the police, a warrant was issued for Iron’s apartment where they found two illegally owned handguns. Irons has five felony convictions dating back to 2012.

Irons maintains that he did not realize he was chasing two young girls until after he had caught up to them, and says he never pointed the gun at them and that he just “talks with his hands.”

Irons is awaiting trial.
