UW instructor sentenced for exposing himself

Mar 22, 2012, 7:08 AM | Updated: 8:31 am

Peter Rettman went into the Christopher and Banks store in August and told employees he was going to a party where he needed to dress as a woman.

KOMO TV reports the 65-year-old tried on about 20 outfits. After putting each of them on, Rettman would ask the female employees how he looked, but he was naked from the waist down.

Rettman says he didn’t mean to hurt anyone and that the exposure wasn’t sexually motivated.

This is the second time he’s been accused of this. In 2004, he was accused of doing the same thing at an Auburn maternity store.
