Around 12:10 p.m. Washington State Department of Transportation (WSDOT) tweeted about a semi-truck collision blocking the off-ramp on Interstate 90 near Edgar Martinez Drive.

We’ve got a semi-truck collision on Edgar Martinez Drive S/at the end of the westbound I-90 off-ramp to Edgar Martinez.
