Woman hurt in jump out window during home invasion

A woman was hurt when she jumped out window while trying to escape four armed men during a home invasion near Seattle’s Yesler Terrace neighborhood.

Seattle police said that the men forced their way into the apartment near Ninth Avenue and Alder Street just after 3 a.m. Wednesday.

During the robbery, a woman inside the home jumped out a window from about two stories up. She was injured when she landed and was taken to Harborview for treatment.

The four men then fled.

Officers responded and searched but did not find the suspects.

Anyone with information about the robbery is asked to contact Seattle police.
