Death threats and Washington wolves

The Fish and Wildlife people are receiving death threats from “Urban Utopia-ists” because a pack of Washington wolves has to be killed.

Now, I find wolves to be majestic, proud animals. And I know farmers like Washington wolves as well, but not when they come and kill their cows.

My brother-in-law is a big activist in defense of nature and wolves. And I’m sympathetic to a lot of these activists’ goals. But the urbanists who are threatening to kill wildlife officials need to realize that you wouldn’t have any wolves reintroduced to nature if there weren’t agreements between naturalists and the fish and wildlife organization.

Urbanists, can I point out to you that humans being also live here? That we’re also part of the environment? And did you know that we eat cows?

Please recognize the fact that if you live on Capitol Hill, you don’t know anything about the relationships between wolves and ranchers, certainly not enough to be threatening to kill people because of it.
