Today, Mayor Ed Murray announced the city’s goal of supporting 30 percent electric-vehicle use in Seattle by 2030.

It won’t happen, of course. But to help push his goal along, Mayor Murray and Seattle City Councilmember Mike O’Brien test drove an electric Nissan Leaf.
