11:30 update: All lanes of WB I-90 mainline are now open. Express lanes remain closed. Will open EB when the crash is clear.

Original story: A crash is blocking all lanes of WB I-90 express lanes, slowing all traffic westbound.

The Washington State Department of Transportation reports that vehicles stuck on the express lanes are now being funneled out to the mainline. Trooper Rick Johnson estimated the time to reopen the WB I-90 express lanes just before noon. Meanwhile, I-5 express lanes are closed and were on schedule to open NB.

Avoid the WB I-90 express lanes. You will be trapped due to crash. Our crews are en route to close down the express lanes.
