After nearly two decades, Top Pot Doughnuts is shuttering its doors in Queen Anne.
Located on Galer Street, the donut shop’s last day of business will be April 27.
“This café has been home to so many memories—from your morning rituals to late afternoon pick-me-ups,” Top Pot Doughnuts said in a message on social media. “We’re truly grateful for your support and loyalty.”
Top Pot Doughnuts stated that, while it’s a disappointment to close this specific location, its remaining shops—found in Downtown, West Seattle, Ballard, South Lake Union, Capitol Hill, and First Hill—are staying open. Top Pot Doughnuts also has locations in Tacoma, Bothell, Issaquah, Edmonds, Redmond, Renton, Kirkland, and Bellevue.
The company has yet to reveal why it is closing down the Queen Anne location, but Top Pot Doughnuts did state that its lease at the location had expired.
