Burien man confesses to shooting on his property, investigation underway

Multiple law enforcement agencies are investigating a shooting that happened Thursday morning in Burien near 2nd Ave. S.W., close to SR 509.
A man called 911 and admitted he shot someone on his property, according to the King County Sheriff’s Office (KCSO).
Shooting investigation in Burien
Deputies and officers from SeaTac Police were seen moving through the area, alongside members of the KCSO Major Crimes Unit. The shooting is being investigated as a homicide.
Red police tape, often used to protect evidence from contamination, was wrapped around the crime scene.
One suspect is now in custody, according to KOMO News.
There is currently no information on what led up to the shooting, as of this reporting.
